ProductionStorageControl - Pallets spawn - NIL in LUA

Hi Braeven,

I just emptied a lot of productions and now it will not generate new pallet on any production.

The only thing that I could find in the log file of the server is:

May be you can catch the nil so that the LUA does not die totally.

this is a curious error, as it should normaly not be possible to trick this error.

Only case I can think of, that could cause this error, would be trying to spawn the fillType several times at the same time, like with 2 users or multiple request at the same time.

I will catch this error in a future update, if I ever need to make an actual update for this mod.
