matUtils has NO FEATURE -L

Hi, I noticed a couple of issues in your provided instructions:

1. The matUtils tool does not support a -L flag for retrieving the number of leaves per node or subtree. (I try version you suggested)
2. None of the commands seem to generate a file named num-leaves.txt.

Could you please share the correct steps or updated guidelines for running the simulation?
