Transition to BPG org

[bpg-dev]

Hey everyone,

I started the process of transitioning the terraform-provider-proxmox project from my personal GitHub account bpg to a new GitHub org... also bpg.

That includes account renaming, org creation, and repository transfer, which didn't go as planned.

So yes, @bpg-dev is my new personal handle, but the repository is stuck there for now.
I'm in contact with GitHub support to resolve this.
