Distillation prompt doesn't dismiss after clicking "distill in new chat"

Issue

When clicking "distill in new chat" in the distillation prompt:

1. The distillation prompt resets to the state of a new conversation (0 tokens used, etc.)
2. However, the prompt does not dismiss/close

Expected Behavior

The distillation prompt should dismiss after the action is completed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click "distill in new chat"
2. Observe that the prompt resets but remains visible
