[ENHANCEMENT/FEATURE REQUEST] Changing preferences program to use MUI.

Would it possible to change your preferences program to use MUI?
There is no real advantage but MUI looks nicer.

I try and keep my apps to be as light as possible and have little to no extra requirements. I might make a reaction gui for this. As 3.2+ users can use this. A separate MUI version might be possible. Maybe a separate base of the program / separate Aminet release. - I've not added MUI to anything else.

I'm working on OS2.0 support in proto at the moment so might end up with another gui as well to use that features
