Manage Server should list available servers and available handlers should be selectable (not require text input)

The id of the server to be manipulated and the handler to be activated need to be memorized now.

It would be better to have a server list from where it is able to choose which handlers should be enabled on which channel. (Possibly use ServerDetails servlet)
