Sometimes when editing a doc, a content editor can realize that they made a mistake and it is not currently easy to "undo" that edit to revert the field back to its original value. An example is accidentally uploading an image to the wrong field.
We should store a short history of field edits and have some way of "undo"ing the edit (and "redo"ing it) that doesn't negatively affect native browser's text undo/redo keyboard shortcuts.
