New script supplied for 1 or more rating_key entries

This script is an adaptation of the hide_episode_spoilers.py which enables users to add extra rating_key items to the list.
This makes the script also usable for manually updating multiple items.
(you might want to extend the timeout in Tautulli setting)
Functionality remains, so you replace it with the original version in your Tautulli system.
(I would propose to keep it a separate script due to other people changing stuff in the original one as well)

I did add the extra line in the spoiler tag, to avoid it still being visible on TV ( See pullrequest: #396 )

#        To use this for multiple shows, use original arguments in tautulli on the 'test notifications' tab and add the ACTUAL rating_keys (visible on shows and episodes in Tautulli)

#            --rating_key {rating_key} {rating_key} {rating_key} --blur 25 --upload
#        As this can take much longer, extend or disable the timeout in the config tab
