submit package to packagist and psr-4

A great tool.

I have 2 wishes.

Can you submit the firelogger to packagist ?
Can you rebuild the firelogger to psr-4 ?

Hi Stephan,

I don't maintain this tool anymore. I have done my last contribution in 2012. Someone else has to step in.
