Problem / pain point
1我用codex或者claude控制mcp，执行命令的时候，弹窗不显示操作的哪台服务器，或者没有明显的显示
2测试服务器希望可以不受限制操作，而生产服务器可以按命令查看执行，其实就不希望一刀切的权限

1希望有明显的显示。
2操作mcp希望增加一个“此次会话全部允许”，或者设置某个服务器可以不设命令限制（就是测试服务器）
