QA Hub — Phase Gate 4

Goal and Objectives

Goal: enforce a quality gate no release can bypass — no deployment is authorized without an approved QA verdict and CFR < 2% (BR-003).

Objectives:

  • Define the QA domain model (TestCycle, TestExecution, Defect).
  • Integrate .harness contract testing and regression scoring.

This hub is empty. Phase 4 has not started. Per the Evolith SDLC standard, this phase will produce the Test Summary Report and acceptance evidence; its documents will be indexed here as they are worked.
