fix overlapping lines on plots

For plots with little data (e.g., email plots on low traffic weeks) it's impossible to distinguish repos when plots have overlapping data (e.g., two repos have 1 unique clone on a day).

A quick fix of a global offset looked pretty terrible, so look into how to center/align overlapping lines or look into other methods
