Indexes in panel labels should be taken from the Excel file plate numbers

Currently, the indexes are just increasing numbers, presumably the internal indexes. But if an Excel file is given, they should be taken from the Excel file 'Plate number' column, even if some numbers are skipped, if it doesn't start from 1, etc.
