ICU - failing tests on different systems #4
Description
On travis there are failing tests related to zero-width space and invisible characters. This might be a lib-icu issue on the different systems as the tests ran successful locally. This affects the Spoofchecker usage in SpoofcheckerRule, TextRule and UrlRule.
It should be checked what the real issue is here (php versions, lib-icu version etc.)
