TE insertions with zero length

Thanks for making this great tool

Some TE insertions that are called have zero length in the bed file but not in the fasta, e.g.

seqkit fx2tab -l -n barcode10_HP1-refT1/barcode10_HP1.telr.te.fasta | grep "rnd-1_family-337"
contig_1873_2633_2633#rnd-1_family-337	2493
grep "rnd-1_family-337" barcode10_HP1-refT1/barcode10_HP1.telr.bed 
contig_1873	2633	2633	rnd-1_family-337	.	-

I am wondering what these indicate? This is what I would expect a deletion to look like but my understanding is that TELR only calls insertions?
