forceH264Sdp should be optional #20
Description
While our primary use case is such that we wanted to force h264 as the first-viable media codec, this likely won't be the case for many other users of this codebase.
As such, we should provide a toggle for this behavior, defaulting to not-modifying the sdp at all.
