INS: Add "Application Status" and Application Headers for BC Public Institutions #5665

@astridSABC

Description

@astridSABC

As a BC Public institution user I want the "Application Status" on the Active submitted application view for the student So That I can see why the application is at "In Progress" status and inform the student what action(s) they may need to take (e.g. ask their parent/partner to fill out information, e.g. Application is waiting for approval with the Ministry).

As a BC Public institution user I want the application header on particular pages to show me the student name, application number, study dates and type.

Acceptance Criteria

Application status

  • BC Public Only:

  • Show "Application Status" to the left pane in the Active submitted application section.

  • Do not Show the Application history section at this time (similar to Ministry view).

  • Do not show "Parent Declared", "Partner", "Restrictions Management"

  • Do not show the "Change Request" section of the history.

  • Disable all student links inside the tracker cards.

Application Headers

Institution View

When applicable, use the same application header component as the Ministry user with the following layout:

  • Add application header to application view (Financial Aid Application page).
  • Add application header to assessment-summary page (Assessment page).
  • The header should match the ministry header for these pages when viewing the student application

Additional Context

  • As an institution user, I can see the application:

    • is "in Progress"
    • has a partner or parent
    • has an exception
  • As an institution user, I cannot:

    • see where the application is sitting (e.g. waiting for parent, partner, or Ministry)
    • inform the student that they need to contact their parent, partner or possibly the Ministry
