Would it be possible to provide feedback in this PR? We are using JOLT within NiFi for some JSON transforms, and it would be great if the handling of UTF-8 matched expectations. I am happy to make modifications to the PR if necessary. |

This pull-request fixes the UTF-8 handling issue for
substringandsizemodify operations.Close #1064
