I did two swaps (xmr (sending) <-> ltc) for the same coins, one worked but for the other I didn't have any XMR left. This swap failed but then it got stuck waiting for the other side to redeem and then to swipe but nothing happened and the other side had redeemed their ltc already. Still the swap kept retrying to swipe it. So bsx must have gotten confused bc I didn't send my xmr to lock in the first place. Below some details:
