Scroll does not show the last collection

Bug:
If there are many collections, scroll appears, but it does not extend till the very end. The last collection is always unreachable.

Feature Request:
Keyboard support (arrow up down) to navigate between collections.

Can confirm there're some scroll issues, in the DDP tab too, but using up/down arrows seems to do the trick...
