footnotes_wysiwyg: Footnote text input allows only 128 characters

The Footnotes text input of the Insert footnote dialog allows only a certain amount of characters. When I paste a longer footnote text into the input, it cuts the text off after the 128th character.

Footnotes texts can get quite long. I suggest to increase the number of allowed characters considerably. The input shouldn't allow only 256 instead of 128 chars, but a lot more, like 512 or 1024.

There is a workaround: it's still possible to insert longer footnotes text manually, not using the Insert Footnote button but typing the [fn] syntax manually.
