2. Show/Hide should be toggled by button and by clicking on the entire row

Also could the "Start New Application" button be placed at the top of the page? Not in screenshot.

Public IP and port redirections must be shown for some appliances. See Attached.

How do I connect to this Appliance via NoMachine?

1: In this case the public IP will be pointing to the head node, so for several applications the same IP will be displayed, how about I remove the IP field so there is no confusion?
2: Will try to do that.
4: It activates a popup with WSDL/WADL contents if provided (if not the button is disabled with a proper popup info).

For the Kate via NoMachine instance endpoint info was missing. I will update this and after that an http link will be there to display the NoMachine web client.
