Native support for lambda streaming response in .NET

Use Case

With the increased usage of AI, specifically the ConverseStream API in Bedrock , as well as the support of API response streaming in API Gateway, the native support for lambda response streaming in .NET is the only missing feature to integrate the functionality to deliver response streams in a fully serverless architecture in .NET
