[navtest leaderboard] Submission keeps FAILED - seeking traceback

Hi ,

All my submissions keep returning FAILED status without any error message shown on the UI. I have made 5 submissions in total today, all failed.

I have verified my latest submission.pkl locally:

• Top-level keys: team_name, authors, email, institution, country/region, predictions
• predictions: 2091 tokens from the official navtest split (147 logs)
• Value type: navsim.common.dataclasses.Trajectory, poses shape (8, 3), float32, zero NaN/Inf

Could you please check the backend logs for all of the following submissions and provide the Python traceback?

Note: submissions 1-4 used different pickle formats/structures during my debugging process. Any traceback from any of them would be extremely helpful.
