Create a setting that allows opening tailwind to a specific version

Recently tailwind came out with version 4.1 which docs are defaulting to now. Rather than upgrading so quickly, I'd like to use this extension that would deep link into a user configurable docs version.

We can use a config setting for this like the Laravel Docs extension does
