add/update/disable/remove hotkey(s)

The command-palette lists hotkeys if present, but it would be great if i could change hotkeys from there.

@serapath Can you share some thoughts on how that would work exactly? Just wondering if you have some ideas about this.

1. I hit ctrl-shift-p to open up the command palette.
2. I'm not sure about which hotkeys would make sense to navigate from here, but thinking of mouse navigation, i would imagine onClick, not on the command (left side) but on the hotkey or in absence of one, the area where the hotkey is listed, a popup asks you to enter the new hotkey
3. you press your combination to asign and get a warning in case of conflicts.
4. After asigning a new hotkey, the popup closes, but the command palette is still open.

Additionally, it would be nice to filter/sort by hotkeys or both. I imagine either a "second tab" in the command palette, that only shows hotkeys (with associated commands) and typing into autocomplete search bar will filter them by hotkeys, e.g. "ctrl-s" will give you autocomplete options like: ctrl-s, ctrl-S, ctrl-shift, ctrl-shift-[aZ0-9], ctrl-shift-alt-... and so on, in effect listing you only the commands assigned for those hotkeys.

Here again, clicking can (re)-assign hotkeys and warns you in case of conflicts.
