Ingest cannot process perplanebeam cubes and do binning

ia.rebin does not work if perplanebeam is present, will need to do some common smooth first

solved in Ingest 1.2.11 by calling imsmooth (ia.convolve2D does not have the kernel="commonbeam" option).
