The big change in 2025 was switching from latex to pdflatex, and drop the requirement for EPS files, and allow JPG and PNG (probably PDF will also work?).
The version released on Dec 4 didn't clarify enough the dropping of EPS, so this needs to be cleaned up! Otherwise the examples work.
