Attack click with Mark I engine

When using the Mark I engine or the OPL engine there is a very audible click on note-on attacks.

Top sample is Mark I. Bottom is Modern where the click is not audible:

If my counting is right, the click peak is after 64 samples, which could smell like a buffer issue.

As we previously discussed on Surge Discord, yes the Mark I engine click, but so does the real DX7. The Mark I engine does "click" more, but I think this is more of a EG tuning than a bug.
