Come up with a try/catch like spec concept

The array methods would be simpler if we had try/catch.

1. Try:
  1. Let _status_ be Foo().
  1. HandleException(_status_)
1. Catch _exception_.
  1. Do something with exception.
```

Not really sure how to spec that though.
