When running MASTER.m from the archived code on Zenodo (https://zenodo.org/record/1238859#.XDYMOfwp7K0) with Matlab R2018b, I get a matrix multiplication error in generate_timeseries.m after several successful iterations over network sizes and network structures (see attached console output - error_diary.txt).
Also I find that generate_networks.m only works for network sizes N > 2 for S='nested' and N > 3 for S='modular' (test_generate_networks.txt, error_diary_networks.txt).
Do you know what the issue might be here?
