Announcements links not working

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the app.
2. Click on any of the announcement in the Announcement links section (links to COVID.is).

Expected outcome:

1. The page from COVID.is shown correctly in a web view.

Actual outcome:
The web viewer shows a not found message. See attached images.

That particular instance has the following URL:

This appears to be a problem with the website itself, not the app. Links are broken there also.

https://www.covid.is/tilkynningar links to the same non functional URL.

Interesting. I've raised this issue with people who can hopefully fix it.
