Description

• Math Duplication: Formulas render twice side-by-side (Unicode and raw
  LaTeX).
• Leaked Macros: \texorpdfstring in Sec 3.4 and App C titles; \displaystyle in
  block equations.
• Raw Formatting Code: \setlist[itemize]... printed before Sec 1.
• Broken Link: Renders literally as \urlhttps://....
• Table Issues: \toprule, \midrule, and \bottomrule printed as plain text in
  Tables 1-3.
• Footnote Glitches: $\dagger$ $\dagger$footnotetext displayed as raw code.
