Citations aren't numbered in References (bibliography)

In this document, I cannot see citation numbers in the Bibliography. I just see author names e.g. Mo et al. [2022]

Thank you for your report - the specific issue is now solved.

We have regenerated the article and you should be able to see an improvement.
As of August 11, we have completely updated the HTML Paper variants for all arXiv articles. This process used a newly released Rust rewrite of LaTeXML called latexml-oxide and covered the full arXiv collection.

Feel free to open new tickets for any remaining issues.
