UI API called on a background thread

i am using old react native version and trying to upgrade to the newest apptentive-react-native version, i get crash on IOS for every use for the register engage etc ...

hi @benipepper, did you find a solution to resolve the problem? I am also experiencing the same issue

Hey for now we can just ignore this, it’s just warning, if you’re env is crashing you it means that you have a setting that set this warning as error, we will need to upgrade the react native version as soon as we get back to work, and we should be able to solve this with the new version. I noticed this warning when I was using React Native 0.70 and thought it could be fixed in a more recent version however this is not true.

I have bumped to RN 0.73 and Apptentive "apptentive-react-native": "6.8.0" and still see this warning...

Despite it is not crashing the App and it has been like that for awhile now, it would be better to wrap the call to preferredContentSizeCategory or any other UIKit API within a block that ensures it runs on the main thread.
