Submission count is zero when submissions have errors

OK, so I cannot check the validity of this report right now, but I seem to recall observing the following in the past.

Suppose a student has made a submission to an assignment, but that submission resulted in an error state. Then I go to that student’s points page in A+ to see what’s going on. But the assignment looks as if no submissions had been made (i.e., submission count zero), even though an erroneous submission has been made.

If I’m correct that this is the current behavior, I’d suggest not only counting the erroneous submission as a submissions but also clearly highlighting (in red?) any assignments where the student’s (last?) submission is in an error state.

(In fact, even if I’m incorrect and the erroneous submissions do count, a highlight would be nice.)

Teacher’s view (at least). But as noted, this issue is based on my recollections only, and I cannot confirm this concretely ATM.
