Update Payment reference information #4

As the API documentation states, it is possible to update a payment's reference information. I can't find this feature in the project and would like to add it or have it added.
I have made a fork and tried to add it. It works, except I'm not getting an http response code as the documentation suggests. And I'm not sure if the implementation follows the rest of the project well enough.
I can't find any tests as the PR text asks if I've added.
