chore: re-run CI to classify an eval harbor timing failure

test_settle_kills_descendants_before_verification_boundary asserts a killed
descendant did not write within a fixed 400ms window. This diff touches no
file under packages/eval, and the rest of that lane passed, so the failure is
likely the runner losing that race — but one data point cannot separate that
from something this change caused. This empty commit exists only to obtain a
second.

No source change. Squash before merge.
