🐞 Description of the bug

The solder mask dielectric is 0.

📝 Steps to reproduce

Check the EDB stackup. Run the example in PyAedt 14_edb_create_parameterized_design.py. The simulation model is not valid.

All dev packages are installed.

I can confirm that the solder mask dielectric is 0.0 when imported into Electronics Desktop.
