Video Rendering & Post-Processing UI

Backend exists: /api/render/* endpoint (startRender) with layout, inputs, duration support
Frontend gap: No UI for:

Render job history/management page
Rendering progress indicator during post-processing
Choosing render layouts/templates for output videos
Downloading or exporting rendered videos
Render settings configuration (resolution, quality, format)
What's needed: Create a Rendering/Post-Production page where users can view render history, configure render settings, monitor rendering progress, and download final videos.
