Consideration of a proposal to add an automatic configuration switching mode.

First of all, I would like to thank you for this excellent project and suggest adding a feature that automatically switches between configurations of selected servers depending on the level of blocking by Internet providers. For example, DNSTT could be made the main operating mode of the program, which works regardless of any blocking by Internet providers, such as is currently the case in the Russian Federation when whitelists are enabled, while other configurations, such as Tor, could be made optional.
The algorithm works as follows: by default, the Tor configuration is running, and at this point, the program pings the selected publicly accessible server every 30-60 seconds. If the provider has enabled whitelists, as is currently the case in Russia and some other countries, the selected server will no longer be pinged because it is not included in the range of permitted sites, and the program will switch to the DNSTT configuration, which works regardless of any blockages.

Thanks for your feedback. While I appreciate the idea, I do not plan to implement automatic switching between configurations. Detecting blocking reliably is difficult and could cause unstable behavior (detecting blocking vs normal failure, a server might not respond due to temporary network issues, etc), and automatic mode changes would add complexity. For now, I prefer to keep configuration selection manual.
