Valent may not have access to filenames passed from the terminal

Sorry, but it does not work by default. It is doing exactly the same thing when I invoke “valent filename” from terminal, where it won't actually send the files. Valent pretty sure does not have permission to access those files, which is making it hard to share files, so maybe the Flatpak users might need to actually Change the Permissions manually using Flatpak Permission manager.
