Bibisco is blocking global shortcuts

When bibisco is running, shortcuts like F5 or CTRL+R won't work in other applications.

Fixed it with changes in: \bibisco Community Edition 4.0.1\resources\app\index.js

It might be overkill, but it works now in the latest version. This also worked on 5.0.0 registered and unregistered.
