Update outdated model links in README.md

Hello,

I noticed that the README.md file contains outdated links to the AliExpress model in two places.

The affected links are:

1. https://aliexpress.com/item/1005004439177734.html
2. https://aliexpress.com/item/1005004504977890.html

Both links are no longer valid / the products are no longer available.

Could you please update these links with current alternatives (instead of removing them), if possible?

Hello,
since I don't know if current alternatives use the same protocol, I added a picture tpms.jpg. The bluetooth version sensors show MAC address starting with AC:15:85.
