add a script to list the GOAT scripts

with the organization refactoring happening these days, the names of the scripts will change!

we do not know the name of the future scripts for now and, as introduced in #35, the use of goat-{script} might be ill-defined

my idea

add a script which simply lists all the other scripts, with a little summary, e.g. glist
