Can't find container xdock-vitis-ai-sw

I have laptop with AMD Ryzen AI 9HX 370 w, I want to try Vitis AI partitioner from the source code for my ONNX model. But in README file I see that for preparation of dev environment I need the container xdock-vitis-ai-sw. Repo vai-rt and XRT are also mentioned.
Where I can find xdock-vitis-ai-sw repo?

This repository is so strange... First of all, it points to non-existing docker images in the readme.

Then it includes onnxruntime files out-of-the-tree.

Then in uses symbols like https://github.com/search?q=vaip_get_mem_xclbin&type=code that should be exported by onnxruntime, but if you search through every version of onnxruntime, they never existed. Which tells that Xilinx used modified onnxruntime to build the execution provider.

But after commenting out all of such symbols and fixing various compilation issues, it produces libonnxruntime_vitisai_ep.a instead of libonnxruntime_vitisai_ep.so, because STATIC library type is hardcoded since initial commit. Which also tells that what was published as a binary was built from a different branch.
