Goal

Production-ready polish: streaming for large files, shell completions, error UX, benchmarks.

Success Criteria

• Streaming mode for JSON, JSONL, CSV (memory-constant for large files)
• Shell completions (bash, zsh, fish)
• Helpful error messages with line numbers and suggestions
• --formats and --functions help subcommands
• Benchmark suite comparing against jq, yq, miller
• Performance target: >100MB/s for simple conversions
