Re: 'Inspire' #57

Description

@mhogeweg

hi, I was looking into harvesting from Data.gov.uk and read this page:'Inspire' (guidance.data.gov.uk/publish_and_manage_data/harvest_or_add_data/inspire/)

the most commonly used GIS for data.gov.uk is the open source GeoNetwork, and commercial ones such as ArcGIS are also in use.

At Esri we provide an open source metadata solution with Esri Geoportal Server. The Catalog application provides the metadata support and its Harvester companion supports harvesting from various sources to various targets. Both are licensed per the Apache 2.0 License. Geoportal Server supports INSPIRE Metadata v2 and Discovery Service capabilities. Could you please update your web page to include this information?

thanks,
