Remove PostGIS support from the code and tests.
Background
PostGIS will be dropped from the ckan/ckanext-spatial branch. This fork will need to be kept in sync with the upstream branch to ensure that this extension will continue to work with upgrades to the CKAN core code so work should be done to remove PostGIS related code and tests that have been introduced in this fork.
