Map drawing in polar regions

The current implementation (using folium) presents the maps on a Mercator projection. This causes problems when sights are taken from polar regions. The problem must be analyzed. Possibly consider switching to other (non-Mercator) projections when needed.

After looking through the documentation, it seems like this problem will be hard to fix without the support of custom tile layers. I will postpone this enhancement, since it will touch a non-open-source route.

This issue will be ignored for now. Serious mapping should be made using external plotters.
Marking this as "wont fix".
